These terms govern the use of the PartStation.in marketplace by buying and selling shops registered in India.

Marketplace role
PartStation.in is a discovery and transaction platform. Goods are supplied by the seller shop; PartStation.in is not the manufacturer or importer of any listed part.
Account eligibility
Accounts are issued to registered businesses. A valid GSTIN and business address are required before payouts are enabled.
Offers and orders
An accepted offer forms a binding order between buyer and seller on the price, quantity, condition and dispatch timeline shown at acceptance.
Prohibited conduct
Counterfeit parts, misrepresented condition, off-platform payment solicitation and false GST details lead to permanent suspension.
